To submit your event to Student Insider's Online Event Calendar:

GUIDELINES

The purpose of the Student Insider Online Event Calendar is to educate the university community about events - sales, sports, concerts, dining, nightlife, arts & culture, housing, fundraisers and benefits, etc. - that are of direct interest to the university community and open to public participation.

Submissions must be received at least one week in advance; earlier is preferred. Listings are free and inclusion is up to Student Insider’s sole discretion. Events that are discriminatory or are not open to public participation by the university community will not be considered.

Please submit a brief description (50 words maximum), along with event name, location, sponsoring organization, contact information (public), hours, location, admission fees(if applicable), and website address.
